Associate Director, Lab Informatics Platforms

Role: Associate Director, Laboratory Informatics Platforms, leading delivery and evolution of core lab informatics systems supporting Research, Early Development, and CMC workflows. Responsibilities: oversee ELN, sample management, entity registration, and workflow orchestration platforms; partner with scientific and technical teams to translate needs into compliant, scalable solutions; establish governance for demand, release, and change management; design integrated workflows across lab domains; lead instrument data capture strategies; collaborate with Quality and IT to ensure data integrity, compliance, and system integration; support platform lifecycle and validation standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or related; 10-12 years in laboratory informatics within biotech/pharma; proven experience with ELN and lab systems; strong understanding of GxP, CSV, and data integrity; excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred: advanced degree, experience with workflow orchestration, SaaS lab platforms, and advanced modalities like RNAi.
