Responsibilities:
- Oversee Microsoft 365 (IAM, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview).
- Ensure secure endpoint configuration and management with MSP and Security Operations Center for corporate devices and BYOD.
- Architect and scale enterprise infrastructure and cloud computing environments to support growth.
- Lead data governance efforts (DLP, sensitivity labels, AI security policies).
- Advance the Information Security program aligned with SOX, GxP, FDA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Work with MSPs to manage web infrastructure (web hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, GitHub).
- Architect and support cloud-based DevOps environment.
- Ensure robust and secure home office technology infrastructure.
- Lead implementation and ongoing optimization of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with corporate policies/standards and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 10+ years progressive IT experience in regulated life sciences/biotech/pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, digital workplace technologies, business systems, and cybersecurity controls.
- Experience managing MSPs, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Working knowledge of SOX, GxP, FDA-regulated environments, and NIST CSF.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, and modern IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace tools and governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving; willing to provide hands-on technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary range: $180,000β$220,000 USD.
