Position: Associate Director – International Tax (reports to Director, Tax Planning; Rahway, NJ).

Responsibilities
- Model cross-border structuring/tax planning impacts on effective tax rate.
- Support dividend planning for tax-efficient cash repatriation and assist Treasury with cash management.
- Support Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR): prepare/file Form 8975 & Schedule A; manage Public CbCR, Pillar Two, and GloBE Information Return (GIR).
- Prepare/review US international tax compliance forms and disclosures (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992, 8993).
- Perform US international tax calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits).
- Assist with ASC 740 tax accounting/provision review; prepare/review responses to IRS examinations.
- Complete special projects; implement/manage automated processes for efficiency.

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS in Taxation and/or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years international tax experience (US compliance, provision, planning, reporting).
- Strong knowledge of US international tax rules and ASC 740.
- Preferred: experience with Pillar Two/GIR/CbCR and global transparency initiatives.

Skills (required/preferred)
- Research, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/verbal communication; ownership and collaboration.
- Corptax International; advanced Excel.
- Preferred: Alteryx, Power BI/Power Query, and data automation for reporting/process improvements.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $129,000–$203,100; eligible for annual bonus/long-term incentive (if applicable).
