Role: Associate Director β International Tax, supporting global tax planning, compliance, and reporting for a biopharma company. Responsibilities: model cross-border transaction impacts, optimize dividend repatriation, prepare and manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Pillar Two and GloBE filings, and handle US international tax compliance forms and calculations (e.g., Subpart F, GILTI, FDII). Also includes assisting with tax accounting (ASC 740), IRS audits, and implementing automation solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (e.g., MS in Taxation) and/or CPA preferred; minimum 5 years' experience in international tax, with strong knowledge of US tax rules, global tax transparency, and compliance. HighValue: expertise in US international tax regulations, Pillar Two, GloBE, CbCR, and tax automation tools like Corptax, Alteryx, Power BI; experience in tax provision, planning, and cross-border structuring within the biopharma sector.
