Role: Associate Director, International Tax at Lilly, providing leadership in U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and modeling for tax accounting and reporting. Responsibilities: oversee U.S. international tax calculations including GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits; develop models to evaluate tax implications of restructurings and legislative changes; advise senior management on complex tax issues; support tax controversy defense; coordinate global remittances and dividend strategies; collaborate with internal and external partners on international tax matters; participate in tax digital transformation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, CPA or equivalent, minimum 6 years tax experience with at least 4 years in U.S. international tax; authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred: experience with tax compliance systems (e.g., OneSource), proficiency in Power BI, extensive knowledge of U.S. international tax laws, strong tax planning and research skills, experience with global transfer pricing, and advanced degrees such as JD or Masters of Tax. High-Value: U.S. international tax law expertise, tax modeling, experience in multinational corporate setting, strategic planning, and compliance for a global biopharma company. Work Setup: Indianapolis-based role, minimal travel (~5%), overtime at peak times.
