Role: Associate Director, International Tax supporting U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and process improvements within a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: prepare and review tax compliance forms (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992, 8993), perform tax calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits), support ASC 740 tax accounting, manage country-by-country reporting (CbCR, Pillar Two), assist cross-border structuring, and coordinate dividend/tax-efficient cash repatriation. Qualifications: minimum 5 years in international tax, strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules, Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or CPA preferred), experience with global tax transparency initiatives, and proficiency with Corptax International, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query.
