Associate Director, International Market Access, Oncology

Role: Support global market access and pricing strategies for oncology assets, including Venetoclax and upcoming launches like Epcoritamab, focusing on payer value propositions and reimbursement optimization. Responsibilities: develop and refine global access materials, address international pricing and reimbursement issues across key markets (EU5, CAN, JPN, AUS, BRA), collaborate with cross-functional teams including HTA strategy, GHEOR, and government affairs, and lead project management for market access initiatives. Qualifications: over 5 years of biotech/pharma experience with a strong background in payer insights, health economics, and market access; BA required, advanced degrees (PharmD, MBA, PhD) desirable. Preferred skills include clinical and disease area knowledge, understanding of pricing regulations in global markets, and experience in oncology or multiple therapeutic areas.
