Associate Director, International Market Access and Pricing, Oncology

Role: Associate Director, Elahere, International Market Access and Pricing (iMAP), supporting global access strategies, pricing, and reimbursement for AbbVie's oncology therapy Elahere. Responsibilities: develop and execute international access and pricing plans, including launch strategies for second-line platinum-resistant and platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer; synthesize clinical, payer, policy, and market insights into strategic recommendations; create core access deliverables such as value dossiers and payer objection handlers; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pricing, HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Market Development) to inform payer strategies and monitor market developments; manage vendor coordination and ensure compliance. Requirements: 5+ years in biotech/pharma market access, payer, or related fields; global or international payer experience in oncology preferred; ability to translate clinical and economic insights into access strategies; strong collaboration, leadership, and analytical skills; bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
