What Youโll Do
Define Strategic Analytics Direction
- Provide forward-looking insights to shape international brand strategy and performance optimization.
- Design and continuously evolve the Business Analytics function (frameworks, standards, best practices across brands).
- Identify new approaches to answer commercial business questions and convert them into analytics solutions.
Drive Collaboration
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Brand Leadership, Data Strategy, and IT to co-develop, launch, and scale analytics capabilities.
- Lead engagement with external data/technology partners (e.g., IQVIA, ZS, Veeva) and direct vendor relationships.
- Provide ongoing data education/training across the Commercial organization and introduce leading-edge analytics.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Passion for data/analytics and enterprise-scale business transformation.
- 12+ years progressive analytics experience; 7+ years in pharma; led complex global analytics programs.
- Expertise in pharma data types (sales, promotional, real-world, patient-level) and turning datasets into strategic insights.
- Knowledge of data/service vendors (IQVIA, Veeva, ZS, and similar).
- Proven leadership in a matrixed global environment.
- Executive communication/presentation skills.
- Emerging tech expertise: AI, ML, Big Data architecture, Data Ontology; translate technical concepts to business value.
Education
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Advanced degree (PhD/MA/MBA) strongly preferred (applied analytics/data science/quantitative).
Nice to Have
- Hands-on PySpark, Python, or SQL.
- Experience deploying on Palantir Foundry or comparable platforms.
