Associate Director, International Business Analytics

Role: Associate Director, International Business Analytics at AbbVie, leading global analytics initiatives to inform strategic decisions across immunology, oncology, and neuroscience therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: define and evolve the analytics agenda, provide insights to shape international brand strategies, and establish analytics frameworks, standards, and best practices; partner with BI, Data Strategy, IT, and external vendors like IQVIA, Veeva, ZS to develop and scale analytics capabilities; promote data education and introduce advanced analytics techniques. Requirements: 12+ years in analytics with 7+ years in pharma, deep experience with sales, promotional, real-world, and patient-level datasets; proficiency with pharma data vendors; leadership in global, matrixed organizations; strong communication skills; familiarity with AI, ML, Big Data, and data ontology; Bachelor's degree mandatory, advanced degrees preferred. Nice to Have: hands-on skills in PySpark, Python, SQL; experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms.
