Associate Director, Incentive Compensation

Remote (U.S.); some entity-based restrictions. Travel: 10%.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership across Incentive Compensation (IC): Design, Analytics, Operations, Communication, and IC PMO; set strategic direction to improve IC effectiveness/efficiency.
- Partner with HQ leadership, Sales leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Design IC plan options; analyze alternatives, present pros/cons, and make recommendations with clear rationale.
- Develop IC performance KPIs for plan health checks; evaluate performance and deliver data-driven insights.
- Solve complex IC challenges while ensuring compliance with IC policies, legal/compliance guardrails, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead IC modeling and simulation analytics; mentor team on technical methods; perform technical review and quality control.
- Present recommendations, performance results, and insights to Sales Leadership.
- Support IC team efficiency, motivation, learning/development, and retention.

Essential Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years analytics experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; 4+ years in an Incentive Compensation role with strong achievements.
- Expertise in IC design, analytics, operations, processes, and business acumen.
- Strong solutioning and technical feasibility judgment.
- Hands-on IC analytics (modeling/simulation) and insight generation.
- Knowledge of IC pharmaceutical data (specialty/rare diseases) and data suppliers (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacies).

Desirable:
- Sales Operations functions knowledge (forecasting, sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning).

Compensation/Benefits:
- Expected salary range: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance cash incentive; potential annual equity.
