Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership across Incentive Compensation (IC): IC Design, IC Analytics, IC Operations, IC Communication, and IC PMO.
- Build and maintain relationships with HQ leadership, Sales leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Design IC plan options, analyze alternatives, and make recommendation decisions with clear rationale.
- Develop IC performance KPIs for plan health checks and deliver data-driven insights from plan evaluations.
- Resolve complex IC challenges creatively while ensuring compliance with IC policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Run IC modeling and simulation analytics independently; mentor the team, review work for accuracy/quality, and conduct quality control.
- Present IC recommendations, performance results, and insights to Sales Leadership; prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations.
- Collaborate to improve IC team efficiency, effectiveness, motivation, learning, development, and retention.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of analytics experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; 4+ years in an Incentive Compensation role with excellent achievements.
- Strong IC subject matter expertise (design, analytics, operations, processes, business acumen).
- Robust solutioning skills; innovative approach with technical feasibility.
- Adherence to organizational policies/guardrails, ways of working, processes, and timelines.
- Hands-on IC technical skills (modeling/simulation) and insight generation.
- Knowledge of IC pharmaceutical data (specialty/rare diseases) and familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony, and specialty pharmacies.

Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of Sales Operations functions: forecasting, sizing, targeting, alignment, and call planning.
