Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics (Cardiovascular BU)
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for senior commercial leaders on BU incentive compensation plan and contest design deliverables.
- Lead and develop incentive compensation design strategy with senior sales/brand leadership, partnering with forecasting, analytics, field effectiveness, HR, and finance.
- Monitor and evaluate incentive plan effectiveness/impact using data analysis, plan modeling, field feedback, and health check audits; adjust as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee delivery through Amgen’s India office: administration/operations of IC plans, contests, annual awards, payout calculations/validation, field inquiries, and IC reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements to IC design, analytics, administration, and operations processes.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Doctorate + 3 years; OR Master’s + 5 years; OR Bachelor’s + 7 years; OR Associate’s + 12 years; OR High school/GED + 14 years designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans.
Preferred:
- Functional leadership; strong IC principles/trends; strategic/analytical problem-solving using data/metrics.
- Executive presence; highly organized independent/multi-priority management across onshore/offshore time differences.
- Clear communication; cross-stakeholder collaboration.
