Role: Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics for the Cardiovascular Business Unit, focusing on developing and managing sales incentive plans to align with strategic sales objectives. Responsibilities: lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive plans; collaborate with senior sales, marketing, HR, finance; oversee plan administration via Amgen's India office; monitor plan effectiveness using data analysis and field feedback; drive process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or equivalent experience in incentive compensation plan management; preferred expertise in sales compensation principles, analytics, and trend application; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
