Role: Associate Director, Immunology Scientific Data Communications, leading strategic data storytelling and landmark communications for Lilly's immunology pipeline, including IBD, dermatology, and rheumatology assets from preclinical to regulatory approval stages. Responsibilities: develop narratives and communication strategies for early, mid, and late-stage data; manage congress and publication strategies; serve as a trusted advisor to senior R&D and TA leaders; lead media relations and integrate cross-functional narratives; prepare executives for high-stakes engagements; develop issues management plans; collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, science, or related field; 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech communications, with demonstrated immunology or related therapeutic area expertise; strong experience in clinical data communication, media relations, and executive counsel; proven ability to translate complex scientific data into compelling stories; familiarity with immunology landscape, including IBD, dermatology, and rheumatology. Preferred: experience with publications, medical affairs collaboration, and high-pressure reputation management.
