Market Access
Major responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Market Access workstreams for each IMM LRP/PLN/LBE cycle; align SKYRIZI, RINVOQ, and HUMIRA assumptions across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid; coordinate Specialty Pharmacy with Trade; track/adjust AAR schedules; produce executive summary slides.
- Own recurring assumption alignment with Price Forecasting teams (HUMIRA and SKYRIZI/RINVOQ forums); validate rates and strategic assumptions with Pricing/Forecasting, Contracting, and MAx Payer Strategy; maintain a common view of rates, segmentation, AAR/KPM timing, Specialty Pharmacy discounts, and account developments; review price waterfalls and AAR schedules; document decisions/owners/timing; ensure consistency across PLAN and LBE/KPM.
- Own recurring Price Update communications (monthly/quarterly and as needed); monitor pricing/contracting developments and distribute leadership-ready updates.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests by clarifying questions and providing analyses/slides/source data.
- Build relationships and influence across cross-functional stakeholders to drive Portfolio Market Access Strategy.

Qualifications:
- Must be local to Mettawa, IL to work in office.
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 5+ years biopharmaceutical or Payer experience; Market Access/Immunology/Marketing preferred.
- Strong financial acumen; attention to detail; learning mindset; leadership/analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of payer/reimbursement dynamics and Immunology portfolio risks.
- Ability to adapt with less-than-perfect information; collaborate/influence; strong communication.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
