The Associate Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) leads and delivers people strategies enabling functional and enterprise business objectives; partners with senior leaders to anticipate organizational/talent needs, diagnose risks/opportunities, and design scalable solutions. Acts as a trusted advisor and change leader; influences without authority and leads complex people initiatives across HR Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior functional leaders to shape and execute workforce, organizational, and talent plans
- Lead/sponsor enterprise talent and culture initiatives
- Consult on organizational design, change management, leadership effectiveness, and employee relations
- Coach senior leaders and people managers to drive high performance and inclusive culture
- Collaborate across HR to deliver integrated solutions (performance management, leadership/career development, employee engagement)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce forecasting, hiring decisions, onboarding, and integration
- Lead complex/sensitive employee relations matters and investigations (consistency, fairness, compliance)
- Steward people programs (e.g., Own Your Career Journey, Year of the Manager)
- Provide guidance on HR policies/practices and legal considerations with Legal partnership
- Share best practices and mentor to strengthen enterprise HR capability

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years progressive HR experience (talent management, org effectiveness, change initiatives)
- Strong business/financial acumen; translate strategy into people solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive results through partnership
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment; strong communication/executive presence
- Success operating autonomously and navigating ambiguity

- Targeted salary range: $160,800–$201,000/year
