Role: Associate Director, HIV Regional Trainer, focused on field-based training for commercial sales teams in HIV therapeutics. Responsibilities include delivering clinical, product, and disease state training; conducting field rides to observe and provide real-time feedback; supporting onboarding of new hires; customizing training to regional needs; and acting as a liaison between sales, marketing, and Learning & Development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Business, Science, Healthcare, or Education); minimum 5 years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with at least 2 years in HIV; proficiency in clinical and commercial training delivery; strong interpersonal and influencing skills; and a valid driver's license. Preferred: prior experience in field training, product launches, adult learning principles, and account-based selling. High-Value: HIV therapeutic area, biologics or small molecules, commercial stage, extensive field engagement, and regional customization. Collaboration: reports to Director, HIV Regional Training; works closely with Regional Directors, DCOs, CTLs, marketing, and L&D teams. Work setup: remote/field-based within assigned region; approximately 50% travel within the US, including Puerto Rico. The role emphasizes operational excellence, local market adaptation, stakeholder alignment, and compliance.
