Qualifications: 10+ years in HIV community engagement, advocacy, or public affairs; deep understanding of U.S. HIV healthcare policy, access, and health disparities; proven stakeholder relationship skills; experience in highly matrixed organizations; strong strategic, communication, and project management skills; familiarity with digital/AI tools; commitment to health equity. Preferred: U.S. HIV experience, ability to travel (~30%).
