Associate Director, HIV Prevention Community Engagement & Advocacy, U.S. Public Affairs

Role: Associate Director of U.S. HIV Community Engagement & Advocacy leading strategy for HIV prevention advocacy and community relations. Responsibilities: develop and execute advocacy plans, build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, gather community insights, coordinate cross-functional engagement (Medical, Commercial, Policy, Legal), lead coalition-building, manage advocacy events, oversee external communications, monitor policy landscape, and promote health equity initiatives. Qualifications: 10+ years in HIV community engagement, advocacy, or public affairs; deep understanding of U.S. HIV healthcare policy, access, and health disparities; proven stakeholder relationship skills; experience in highly matrixed organizations; strong strategic, communication, and project management skills; familiarity with digital/AI tools; commitment to health equity. Preferred: U.S. HIV experience, ability to travel (~30%).
