Associate Director, HEOR

Role: Develops and executes health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies to demonstrate the value of Neurocrine's marketed and pipeline neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, and immunological therapies. Responsibilities: Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Product Development, Brand, Managed Care) to create evidence supporting market access and health care decision-making; manages vendor relationships; provides leadership and direction to team members; influences policy and represents the company at professional events. Requirements: MS in health outcomes/economics or related field with 8+ years industry experience or PhD/PharmD with 5+ years; prior managerial experience; strong expertise in US HTA submissions (e.g., ICER, Budget Impact models); advanced SAS or statistical programming skills; proven ability to synthesize complex clinical and economic data; experience engaging with payors and HTA organizations.
