Position Summary:
Associate Director, Heme CGT Business Systems to lead global system strategy for CASGEVY, owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the order management system and key commercial tools/processes for a vein-to-vein, autologous product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for commercial capabilities supporting the Heme Franchise
- Partner with IT and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable tools, processes, and product enhancements
- Drive cross-functional alignment across global commercial teams, external manufacturing, quality, and enabling functions for governance and effective decision-making
- Partner with Quality to ensure appropriate GxP processes, controls, and requirements are understood and adhered to across relevant systems/tools/processes
- Lead change management for successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of commercial capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of commercial capabilities to enhance planning, execution, and operational effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to simplify high-level concepts into actionable insights; advise on digital maturity, digital transformation, and system integrations
- Analytical problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in relevant discipline
- Typically 8 yearsβ experience leading delivery of customer-facing digital programs to promote products/services to external customers (or equivalent)
- Experience with GxP regulated systems/documentation; GxP process and change management highly preferred
