Associate Director, Healthcare Compliance

Role: Associate Director, Healthcare Compliance at Intellia, focusing on building and managing the compliance program for the commercialization of a gene editing therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE). Responsibilities: develop risk-based monitoring plans, oversee record-keeping and transaction monitoring (including AI tools), identify compliance trends and gaps, conduct risk assessments with Legal and Healthcare teams, lead compliance projects, and ensure adherence to transparency and reporting requirements (e.g., Physician Payments Sunshine Act). Requirements: B.A./B.S., 6+ years in healthcare compliance within biotech/pharma, knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, experience with commercial activities and rare disease launches, strong project leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
