Position: Associate Director (Rare Cardiovascular Diseases)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with health systems to understand unmet needs in rare cardiovascular disease management.
- Assess where patients are missed or underdiagnosed and highlight barriers to care delivery.
- Collect real-world insights on system challenges, patient pathways, and access barriers.
- Facilitate dialogue with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to improve patient identification and care coordination.
- Communicate how health IT tools and real-world data can address gaps in diagnosis and treatment.
- Share insights with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to guide resource development and strategy.
- Ensure findings align with compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in health economics, outcomes research, medical affairs, or related healthcare field.
- Experience working with health systems, payers, or research teams to identify gaps in care and assess value.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong understanding of EHR capabilities across different platforms.
- Ability to synthesize real-world insights and communicate value narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with real-world evidence generation and health system trends beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $140,000β$180,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation; RSUs and car allowance; health/dental/vision and 401(k).
