- Develop and implement HEOR strategies and programs throughout the product lifecycle to support clinical development and regulatory needs and ensure optimal market access.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop product value propositions to optimize patient access.
- Identify HEOR evidence requirements/gaps; design, conduct, and deliver studies and tools for relative value demonstration and product differentiation.
- Leverage RWD analytic tools; collaborate with HEOR RWDnA and Epidemiology teams to generate insights for development programs and key business questions.
- Co-lead regulatory-grade real-world evidence (RWE) studies and educate on emerging RWE opportunities across the solid tumor portfolio.
- Collaborate on epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology analyses/studies and communicate results.
- Provide input on patient population, comparators, and endpoints to demonstrate incremental value vs. standard of care.
- Develop and implement Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) measurement strategies; develop/validate COA endpoints; produce COA evidence dossiers for regulatory submissions.
- Evaluate payer and HTA decisions; collect advisory feedback and apply takeaways.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory and payer/HTA considerations impacting HEOR program planning and implementation.
- Report, publish, and disseminate HEOR data in compliance with requirements.
This Role Requires
- Advanced degree (PhD, MS, MD, PharmD, B.Pharm with Master’s); 4+ years with PhD or 6+ years with MS in HEOR; at least 3 years life science company or healthcare consulting experience (plus).
- Strong technical expertise in HEOR study/model design and conduct.
- Solid understanding of regulatory (e.g., FDA, EMA) and HTA considerations.
- Experience with patient experience data in clinical trials (instrument selection, analysis, reporting).
- Oncology experience preferred.
