Role Summary
Lead the development and execution of HCP professional marketing strategies for RINVOQ in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), spanning RA-specific and broader cross-functional Rheumatology portfolio initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert for the Brand Team and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Sales, Medical, HEOR, Market Access, Patient Services, BTS, and APEX. Develop and lead effective HCP marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales partners, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported across areas of responsibility (product, indication, channel, marketing mix). Demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, manage multiple projects, and deliver presentations to Immunology leadership.
Responsibilities
- Co-create with Rheumatology counterparts, IBT partners, business leaders and internal cross-functional partners to build, manage and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients’, market and financial results.
- Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process.
- Demonstrates and utilizes holistic understanding of financial planning.
- Manage and develop team of marketing managers.
- Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
- Grow brand/product penetration, share and awareness.
- Direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives and tasks.
- Agency relations and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, HCP marketing experience required, Immunology leadership preferred
- Excellent communication skills with proven past experiences in writing strategic documents
- Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and by influencing others
- Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in marketing skills
- Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
- Foundational understanding of US Market Access helpful
