Job Title: Associate Director, HCP Digital Marketing, Respiratory

About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HCP Digital Marketing lead for Dupixent Respiratory. The Associate Director, US HCP Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and measurement of key NPP (Non-Personal Promotion) marketing strategies and tactics to support both the Asthma and COPD indications. A key responsibility will be to develop and support short- and long-term marketing strategies that complement the salesforce and enable a true omnichannel experience for our customers.

This position will have direct interface with Sanofi leadership and Regeneron alliance partners as well as Market Development, Patient Experience, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and Analytics, and agency teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Transform Brand Strategy into compelling, data-driven omnichannel plans driven by customer insights and analytics.
  • Leverage and integrate multiple customer engagement channels to create seamless, cross-channel journeys that enhance HCP interactions.
  • Design, execute, and optimize omnichannel tactical plans for Dupixent, ensuring a customer-centric approach for HCP segments.
  • Provide clear strategic direction to agencies and internal partners on channel mix selection, content development, and tactical execution.
  • Prioritize an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every interaction drives meaningful engagement and facilitates ongoing brand conversations.
  • Develop targeted omnichannel measurement plans, defining KPIs, goals, and success benchmarks that align with business objectives.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and execution excellence.
  • Act as a sponsor and ally for inclusion and diversity in all elements of our business.
  • Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organization.

About You

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years’ experience in product/brand management, with product launch experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
