Associate Director, GLS NA Modality Integration

Role: Senior cross-functional leader responsible for integrating and optimizing logistics operations across Clinical, Commercial, and Cell Therapy modalities within North America at Bristol Myers Squibb. Objectives include developing logistics strategies, harmonizing processes, overseeing performance management, and driving digital enablement across the network. Responsibilities encompass strategic planning, process standardization, KPI development, and system workflow integration, with a focus on improving efficiency, cost, and quality. Acts as Chief of Staff to NA GLS leadership, facilitating governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational cadence. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; 10+ years in logistics and supply chain management across multiple modalities; proven experience in cross-organizational integration, process harmonization, and logistics systems like SAP. Preferred: Master's or MBA, certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, PMP). High-value specifics include extensive experience with GMP/GDP environments, service level segmentation, automation, digital tools, and knowledge management.
