Role: Associate Director, Global Real-World Evidence, Immunology, supporting global RWE strategies and evidence-generation programs within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities: develop and maintain evidence generation plans and roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities; lead high-quality execution of RWE studies, including observational research and data analysis; collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scientific rigor and effective dissemination; provide methodological expertise on real-world data sources and study designs; analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions; support governance, standards, and compliance in RWE activities. Requirements: advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, or related field; minimum 5 years' experience in RWE, epidemiology, or outcomes research in pharma, biotech, or healthcare; hands-on experience with real-world data sources, observational study design, and statistical tools (SAS, R, Python); strong project management, communication, and scientific writing skills; experience with immunology preferred. High-Value: immunology therapeutic area, RWE study execution, global multi-country projects, stakeholder management, and compliance. Work setup: based in Raritan, NJ, with approximately 15% travel, primarily domestic with some international.
