Role: Associate Director, Pipeline Forecasting, Oncology, focusing on developing and leading commercial forecasts for pipeline and on-market oncology products. Responsibilities: coordinate forecasting activities across therapeutic areas, support market insights, and develop models for strategic planning, milestones, and business development. Collaborates closely with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, R&D, and senior leadership to provide data-driven asset valuation and decision support. Qualifications: Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or business; 8+ years in forecasting, market analytics, or finance within biopharma or related industries; experience with therapeutic area forecasts, data analysis, and model building; proficiency in Excel and data integration. Preferred: MBA or advanced STEM degree; experience with forecasting in oncology or other specialized therapeutic areas; strong cross-functional influence skills.
