Role: Associate Director, Global Patient Safety ICSR Therapeutic Area Lead, overseeing global ICSR processing and external PV partner management within a specified therapeutic area. Responsibilities: lead ICSR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop best practices including automation, mentor staff, manage audits/inspections, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Requirements: B.S. in life sciences or related field; 8+ years of clinical and post-marketing pharmacovigilance experience; 3-5 years of vendor/partner management; hands-on expertise in ICSR processing/reporting; project management skills; strong communication abilities.
