Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications, supporting strategic development and execution of medical communications across BMS Neuroscience portfolioβ€”covering Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Alzheimer's, Neurodegeneration, Multiple Sclerosis, and pipeline assets. Responsibilities include leading communication strategies, delivering high-quality publications, scientific content, and congress presentations, ensuring alignment with global medical and disease area strategies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Medical Strategy, Regulatory, Commercial, and external stakeholders, managing internal/external data dissemination, and maintaining scientific excellence. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) with 5+ years in pharma/healthcare, experience in scientific communications, publications, and data interpretation, preferably within Neuroscience or related therapeutic areas. Skills required include strategic planning, cross-functional partnership, scientific acumen, knowledge of GPP and ICMJE guidelines, strong communication, and global experience. The position reports to the Senior Director, Medical Neuroscience, and may involve domestic/international travel. The work setup is hybrid or remote, based on organizational needs.
