Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications, supporting strategic development and execution of medical communications across BMS Neuroscience portfolio—covering Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Alzheimer's, Neurodegeneration, Multiple Sclerosis, and pipeline assets. Responsibilities include leading communication strategies, delivering high-quality publications, scientific content, and congress presentations, ensuring alignment with global medical and disease area strategies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Medical Strategy, Regulatory, Commercial, and external stakeholders, managing internal/external data dissemination, and maintaining scientific excellence. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) with 5+ years in pharma/healthcare, experience in scientific communications, publications, and data interpretation, preferably within Neuroscience or related therapeutic areas. Skills required include strategic planning, cross-functional partnership, scientific acumen, knowledge of GPP and ICMJE guidelines, strong communication, and global experience. The position reports to the Senior Director, Medical Neuroscience, and may involve domestic/international travel. The work setup is hybrid or remote, based on organizational needs.
