Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Medical Communications

Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications, supporting strategy development and execution across BMS Neuroscience portfolio, including neurology, neuropsychiatry, Alzheimer's, and neurodegeneration. Responsibilities: lead medical communications planning, develop scientific content, publications, congress materials, and internal/external scientific content; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Strategy, Regulatory, Commercial, Safety, HEOR); ensure adherence to GPP, ICMJE, and industry standards; build relationships with external stakeholders like experts and medical societies; support process improvements and metrics tracking; mentor junior staff and promote a compliant, high-performing team culture. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred); 5+ years in pharma/healthcare with focus on medical communications, publications, or scientific content; experience in Neuroscience or related areas (neurology, neuropsychiatry, neurodegeneration, MS) strongly preferred; strong understanding of drug development, clinical data, and global regulatory standards; excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; proficiency with publication tools and data interpretation.
