Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead

Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) for Sarepta's gene therapy in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), focusing on strategic scientific support and medical communication to enhance therapy impact. Responsibilities: develop and implement medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle management; create and review scientific and promotional materials; serve as SME; build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, thought leaders, and healthcare professionals; stay current with scientific literature; support dissemination initiatives; contribute to congress and advisory board content; and ensure compliance. Requirements: Doctorate (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience; preferred background in gene therapy, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and influencing skills; excellent communication; demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment; travel approximately quarterly.
