Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead

Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) for Sarepta's gene therapy programs targeting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle management; create and review scientific and promotional materials; build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders; support dissemination of scientific data at congresses, symposia, and advisory boards; ensure compliance and integrity in all activities. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in gene therapy, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields; strong scientific acumen; proven ability to operate in matrixed organizations, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple projects.
