Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead

Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) for Sarepta's gene therapy programs in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Main objectives include developing and executing medical strategies for product launch and life-cycle management, supporting scientific dissemination, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities involve creating medical materials, reviewing promotional content, engaging with scientific communities, and contributing to congress and advisory board planning. Requirements: Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in gene therapy or neuromuscular disorders; strong scientific acumen and experience in highly matrixed organizations; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
