Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) for Sarepta's gene therapy programs targeting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The primary objective is to develop and execute medical strategies supporting product launch and lifecycle management, elevating the scientific impact of Sarepta’s therapies. Responsibilities include developing medical materials, reviewing promotional content, building cross-functional relationships, and engaging with scientific communities through congresses and advisory boards. The role also involves supporting dissemination strategies for physicians and payers, ensuring compliance, and serving as a scientific SME. Requirements: Doctorate (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in gene therapy, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields. The position demands strong strategic thinking, influence skills, and experience in matrixed organizations, along with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. High-Value: Focus on gene therapy, rare neuromuscular diseases, DMD, with an emphasis on scientific communication, congress strategy, and external stakeholder engagement. Work setup is remote within the U.S., with quarterly domestic and international travel expected.
