Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead

Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) for Sarepta’s gene therapy programs in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), focusing on scientific support and medical strategy. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies for product launch and lifecycle management, create and review medical and promotional materials, serve as SME on gene therapy and DMD, build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, and support dissemination of scientific data through congresses and advisory boards. Requirements: Doctorate (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience; preferred background in gene therapy, neuromuscular disorders, or related fields; proven ability to operate within matrixed organizations and influence key stakeholders; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
