Associate Director, Global Market Access Analytics & RWE

Role: Associate Director in Market Access Analytics and Real-World Evidence, focusing on indirect treatment comparisons to support HTA submissions and payer interactions. Responsibilities: design and conduct advanced statistical analyses (e.g., MAIC, NMA, ML-NMR), lead evidence generation projects, develop methodologies, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics. Manage multiple workstreams from literature reviews to technical reporting, applying methods like regression, survival analysis, and propensity scoring, leveraging diverse data sources including clinical trials, claims, and EHRs. Requirements: Master’s or higher in biostatistics, health economics, or related fields; 6+ years (or 4+ with doctorate) in pharma, biotech, or consulting; strong programming skills in R, SAS; proven expertise in indirect comparisons and real-world data analysis; excellent project management and communication skills. Preferred skills include health economics, outcomes research, and cross-functional leadership.
