Associate Director, Global Legal Strategies and Policy
Responsibilities:
- Support Global Legal Strategies and Policy Program Manager project teams by developing program management strategies to achieve goals and objectives.
- Collaborate across functional areas to further GLSP resource objectives in support of strategic imperatives.
- Lead project implementation from ideation to completion by coordinating matrixed, multi-practice area teams (including members outside of Legal).
- Define clear objectives and strategies for each project and contribute to short- and long-term project strategy.
- Plan and execute workshops and team problem-solving events; position projects for transition from GLSP to appropriate functional areas; serve as GLSP representative on strategies advancing through execution outside GLSP.
- Prepare clear, concise presentations showing project progress; provide project updates to senior leaders and diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, project management, or program management.
- Experience with or interest in organizational effectiveness, team facilitation, or instructional design.
- Hands-on experience with AI assistant legal technology platforms or workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChapGPT, Legora, project lifecycle management platforms).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical policy, market access, or affordability programs (e.g., 340B, reimbursement, regulatory policy) strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Works effectively in complex, multi-functional matrix environments.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills; comfortable presenting.
- Tech-forward mindset; learns/adopts new technologies.
- Track record of anticipating/resolving problems with sound judgment.

- Ability to influence across functions and mentor informally without formal supervisory responsibility.
