Associate Director, Global Intranet Communications and Change

Role: Associate Director of Global Intranet Communications and Change at Lilly, leading the strategy for transforming the company's employee intranet serving 50,000+ employees across 70 countries. Responsibilities: develop and execute end-to-end communications and change management plans, partner with platform vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, lead change readiness, and measure success metrics.
