Role Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Global Commercial Diagnostics to join the Global Commercial Diagnostics team. You will help develop and execute the commercial diagnostics strategy across launch-brand indications, with a focus on lung cancer diagnostics, and ensure launch readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of the diagnostics commercialization strategy and marketing plans related to activities specific to each diagnostic, and ensure launch readiness and execution aligned with the Global franchise brand plan.
  • Work directly with diagnostic partners to ensure launch readiness.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Global and key markets, including franchise commercial teams, medical affairs, R&D, insights & analytics, market access, and other critical functions.
  • Develop partnerships with external oncology stakeholders and decision makers through patient advocacy and policy groups, diagnostic developers, thought leaders, and HTA/payer organizations to create best-in-class diagnostics capabilities aligned with portfolio commercial needs.
  • Lead activities to drive awareness, adoption, access, availability, and accuracy of biomarker testing to guide patient treatment.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree (business or life sciences)
  • Required: 6 years of pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics marketing experience
  • Required: Experience in digital and computational pathology
  • Required: Proven track record in launch and commercialization of diagnostic(s), particularly in oncology
  • Required: Team-oriented leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and lead at all levels of a matrix organization
  • Required: Demonstrated track record of formulating Global or in-market commercial strategies and executing commercial tactics
  • Required: Ability to problem-solve in a rapidly changing, competitive environment
  • Required: Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to turn analysis into insight and action
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to take an enterprise view in leading and facilitating discussions in cross-functional teams
  • Required: Thorough understanding of drug development and commercialization processes
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA) is a plus
  • Preferred: Global marketing experience, including diagnostic and therapeutic launch experience
  • Preferred: In-market launch experience
  • Preferred: Solid technical background in diagnostics development and biomarker science
