Associate Director, Global Access Insights

Role: Global Access Insights Associate Director in Vaccines & Infectious Disease, supporting market access strategy, analytics, and research for global vaccine portfolios. Responsibilities: partner with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions, develop integrated research and analytics plans, and deliver actionable insights on access, pricing, and reimbursement; leverage advanced analytics, including AI and external data sources, to inform strategic decision-making; implement an access insights framework covering descriptive, comparative, predictive, and technological domains. Requirements: undergraduate degree in a related discipline; 5+ years in market research and insights within pharma/biotech, with at least 3 years in market access (global experience preferred); experience in vaccines, infectious diseases, or similar therapeutic areas; strong understanding of global pharma landscapes, payer dynamics, and data analytics tools. Preferred: AI application experience, Navlin or similar platforms, consulting background.
