Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of training management, onboarding, capability-building, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and manage GxP and non-GxP training programs aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs, address capability gaps, and implement innovative learning solutions using modern technologies.
- Oversee training governance to ensure compliance (e.g., eQMS) while monitoring metrics for actionable improvements.
- Drive harmonization of learning processes, content standardization, and learner experiences across functions.
- Advance digital learning approaches to improve accessibility, engagement, and user experience while enabling collaboration.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- University degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field; Masterβs degree preferred.
- Substantial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or comparable regulated environments.
- Expertise in Training Management (GxP/non-GxP), Learning & Development, Communications, and Change Management; familiarity with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 preferred.
- Proven track record executing training initiatives that drive engagement and community belonging within mid-size pharma companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking to translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in LMS/QMS platforms (e.g., Veeva Quality) and knowledge of leveraging AI for enhanced learning solutions.
Benefits/Remuneration (US): Expected Pay Range $146,300/year to $234,100/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (variable).
