Associate Director, FP&A

Role: Associate Director, FP&A (Commercial Finance) at a biopharma company transitioning to commercial-stage focus, supporting financial planning, analysis, and expense management for Commercial functions. Responsibilities: lead budget, forecasts, and long-range plans; analyze variances and advise on resource allocation; support commercial investment decisions and develop financial analyses for launch and growth strategies; serve as strategic partner and trusted advisor to Commercial leaders; prepare executive presentations; build scalable planning processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or related; 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including commercial biotech/pharma experience; strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and presentation skills; familiarity with AI tools beneficial.
