The Immunology Sales Forecasting Associate Director (RINVOQ Dermatology) will lead the creation of sales forecast analytical process for RINVOQ within the RINVOQ Dermatology Franchise. Responsible for developing accurate/timely projections of commercial product volumes for Plan, Update, LBE, LRP, Portfolio and Actual submissions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and develop accurate product sales projections for Plan, Update, LBE, LRP and Portfolio submissions, including market and competitive landscape forecasts.
- Support launch readiness of RINVOQ Dermatology indications and transition of pipeline asset forecasting from PCS.
- Support H2H/clinical studies readiness impacting the RINVOQ Dermatology Franchise.
- Support communication of monthly actual sales results and future period volume forecasts to Finance Management, Commercial VPs, and General Managers.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, and Performance Excellence to solve business issues and identify forecast risks/opportunities; support creation of a cohesive RINVOQ sales story.
- Manage and support development of one direct report.
- Drive ad-hoc analytical support (launch scenarios, channel/product mix impacts, patient flow scenarios, ADS, and other business drivers).
- Enhance, simplify, and standardize financial models, processes, and forecasting deliverables.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Marketing.
- 7–10 years of experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to triangulate multiple data sets (market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, patient flow, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize and assess data integrity under challenging deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate/present effectively.
- Previous pharmaceutical and forecasting experience preferred.
