Role: Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at United Therapeutics, supporting strategic financial management and operational forecasting in a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: lead long-term financial modeling, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, develop 3–5 year operating plans, analyze financial risks, and improve processes with new technology. Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, and executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals, and support reporting and executive presentations. Manage a team responsible for financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and direct complex financial analyses and reconciliations. Qualifications: Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or relevant field; 12+ years of finance experience or 10+ with a Master’s; proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial modeling; exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Preferred: Master’s Degree. High-value biopharma specifics: supporting a clinical and operational environment focused on innovative therapies for rare diseases and regenerative medicine, including manufacturing and clinical operations. Work setup: hybrid role based in RTP, NC, requiring at least three days in-office per week.
