Associate Director, Finance, US Commercial Sales & GTN Analysis

Role: Associate Director of U.S. Commercial Sales & GTN Analysis, leading the financial close and projection functions for BMS's largest commercial unit across Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, and CAR-T portfolios. Responsibilities include managing monthly/quarterly gross-to-net close processes, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting internal controls and SOX compliance. The role partners with cross-functional teams such as Market Access, Pricing, Finance, and external auditors, providing strategic insights into gross-to-net drivers and regulatory pricing impacts. It supports innovation initiatives like dashboarding, process automation, and platform enhancements, leveraging tools like Anaplan, PowerBI, SAP, and Hyperion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or Master’s preferred. At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting within the pharma/healthcare industry, with strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and experience with GxP, SOX, and financial systems.
