Associate Director, Finance - Transformation

Role: Lead the finance transformation efforts within AbbVie's Commercial Finance organization, focusing on enhancing capabilities, culture, and team collaboration. Responsibilities include managing the Finance Future Fit (FFF) initiatives across process, tools, business partnership, and people experience; executing system strategies such as data governance and visualization; and supporting change management and communication efforts. The role also involves overseeing projects related to finance tools, technology solutions, and enterprise-wide standard operating procedures, as well as supporting cultural workstreams and critical meetings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 8+ years of progressive finance experience; strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; familiarity with financial planning systems; and experience working effectively in a matrix environment. Preferred qualifications include CPA and/or MBA.
