Associate Director Finance E-Commerce LillyDirect

Role: Associate Director, E-Commerce Finance for LillyDirect, supporting digital-to-consumer operations with financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support. Responsibilities include developing revenue models, tracking e-commerce revenue, building marketing analytics (CAC, LTV, media efficiency), partnering on cost-to-serve and spend reporting, developing financial business cases for new features or channels, supporting competitive benchmarking, preparing management reports, and improving data infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; minimum 5 years in e-commerce/digital finance roles; strong financial modeling skills; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: experience in healthcare/pharma, subscription models, market access fundamentals, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and partnering with marketing/digital teams.
